We have been passing by the Zasavica signs for a long time before we went online to check what it was. After viewing the web page, we decided to give it a try.
We arrived late night on Thursday, after work. It was raining cats and dogs and we were a bit worried what will we find there. All of our doubts flew right out of the window when we reached the site. A great welcome, helping us get the most suitable pitch for what we wanted, showing us around and helping us set up our small camp. In the morning, fortunately without rain, we were welcomed by the camp manager, Jovan, who told us about the place (nature reservation) and also about the nearby town of Sremska Mitrovica.
We spent three nights and two full days there. Pitches are clean, well organised and spacious. Sanitary facilities (toilets, showers) are excellent (this was definitively one of the cleanest places we have ever been to). There is a decently equipped kitchen at the disposal of guests (cooker, sinks and fridge, with some glasses and cutlery - which you, anyhow, bring along, so no need for that). A large place close to the kitchen, something like an open lounge, is also at the disposal of guests (there is fireplace, several tables and benches, and even a tv with a number of channels, and a dvd player). In this "lounge area) you will also find many guidebooks to help you around the area, or give you info on places in the country and the Balkans.
On the side of activities there, we went around the reservation; long walks, boat tour, and also visited the town. A lot of stuff to see and things to do.
We had a dinner (home made goulash, choice of beef, pork and donkey meat), in the reservation, and were welcomed to walk around the place, take photos and enjoy. The boat tour we took included a guide who told us a lot of interesting things about the place.
The town, Sr. Mitrovica, which is about 10 km away, offered excavations of Roman palace, and a lovely beach along the river. Nice afternoon spent there! The place can easily be reached on a bicycle, as the area is all flat. Unfortunately, no bikes were available in the camp, and we did not bring ours, so did not get to enjoy the rides - next time :)
All in all, this is one of the best camping places we have seen in the Balkans and would definitively recommend it for both overnight and a longer stay. We will surely go back!
PS: true, there is no shop nearby, i.e. you can not just go to a shop down the road if you forgot a toothbrush, or anything, but the management comes around every evening asking if you need anything to be brought to you in the morning (bread, milk, anything), and they are making sure people do not miss on anything. So, I did put it as a disadvantage, but it is not really a big thing!
Clean, well organised, pet friendly, offers extra facilities (kitchen, lounge area)
No shop nearby (have to remember to bring all you need). Other than that, really, no disadvantages at all!

We stopped here on the way to another place, thinking we could possibly stay here instead of the planned camp. It looks very nice, although there is not a lot of shaded pitches. What turned us off the spot was the price of food provided in the small restaurant / bar within the camp. For the food considered "fast food" in Bosnia (sort of a kebab and sausages), we a bit over 30 EUR for 4 persons. That type of food, amount and drinks with it for a 4-member family costs usually cost cca 12-15 EUR, so this was quite unexpected!
The camp itself is on the bank of the Drina River, off the road, rather quiet. A large area for tents (as said, not sufficient shade), and there are several mini cottages, too. The toilet facility was clean. The camp welcomed pets.

Excellent camp, very clean and well organised. Staff is friendly and very helpful. It has all infrastructure for people working on holiday, too (wireless internet, light, etc.). I would recommend Aganovac to everyone!

The area is fantastic, the nature is great, it is quiet and pleasant and the staff is very nice. On the other hand, the toilets and showers are very poor (toilet rather dirty, showers in the phase of reconstruction) and the outside water pipes are running all the time. Electricity is provided only at one spot, which limits the selection to cca 15m radius. Very quiet at night and not sure whether there is anyone guarding the site. A huge swimming pool is very short walking distance away and apparently a coffee bar / possibly a snack bar. Still, the pool was empty and looked rather poorly, while the bar was shut at 5.00 p.m. when we arrived (luckily we had some food on us). The site needs a lot of work to be put into it before you can really call it a camp and not just a field with a few bobs.
I would like to go again, even while it looks like this, but would not recommend it to families, and certainly not for more than 1-2 nights.
It is suitable for youth.
It is very cheap!

We considered staying in this camp, but luckily did not book. When we came to see what it was, we were shocked! It is a piece of land in the middle of buildings, almost on the road, surrounded by cars parked on the sides of it, heading to the beach.
The beach and bars might be close, but that is not enough for a holiday, except if you don't really care where you crush in after a party night/day.
The sanitary facilities are not bad, we had a look at them, but the rest is just far away from good camping site.
Sorry for such a poor rating... If you are just passing and need a place to crush in for a day, it will be just fine...

Fantastic camp and a great holiday we had there. The camp is one of the cleanest camps I have ever seen and been to. The hosts are friendly, very helpful and excellent hosts. A restaurant within the camp serves fantastic food and fish is amassing / fresh from the sea only!
The beach is very suitable for families with small children, and you can relax without much worrying.
Shops are some 1000 m away and there are a few good restaurants in the town some 5-8 km from the camp.
Excellent spot for a great holiday.

This value helps you assess how reliable and trustworthy a camper is, so you can determine how much weight to place on their ratings. It’s calculated using several different components. The scale for this value runs from 0.0 to 5.0.
Camping.info designed this trustworthiness scale as a way to make it harder to abuse the rating system. It also provides readers with a rough idea as to how much weight should be given to the statements and experiences of other campers.
This trustworthiness or reliability rating is assessed according to a user’s various activities and behaviours. Influencing factors include aspects like the number of submitted ratings and their usefulness, the number of pictures uploaded and their meaningfulness as well as the completeness of their camper profile.
The higher the value (on a scale from 0.0 to 5.0), the more weight you can place on the experiences and statements of another camper. This should give you a rough idea as to how to assess the ratings by your fellow campers.
