Ein kleiner, aber feiner Campingplatz am Rande des Dartmoors mit Blick auf einen der berühmten Tors des Dartmoors. Schön gelegen und ruhig in der Nähe von Okehampton. Der Platz und die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Tolle Ausflüge mit Auto, … Rad oder zu Fuß ins Dartmoor mit seine wilden Ponys, Tors und rauher Landschaft. Okehampton hat eine wunderschöne Burgruine zu bieten und nicht weit weg vom Campingplatz kann man die Schlucht Lydford Gorge erkunden. Eine tolle Urlaubsregion mit Kulturdenkmälern und Naturerlebnissen. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Radweg „Grannite Way“ den man gleich ab dem Campingplatz „abradeln“ kann. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass es auf dem Campingplatz nur Stellplätze, aber keine Zeltplätze gibt.
