  Clean and friendly

  We camped for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Everything was clean and tidy. Family run and very friendly lovely clean pool. Lovely play area for the kids. Restaurant facilities not great. First night chef sick second night restaurant open for 2 hours. But overall really lovely would totally recommend to anyone and will definitely go back.

  Fabulous campsite in lovely location

  We stumbled over this campsite while on The Castle Route and what a great find it was. The tent pitches were very generously sized and away from the main area, so quieter. The toilets and other areas were kept scrupulously clean and everything was provided - toilet paper, soap, even toilet seat sanitiser! The owners were very helpful and friendly, and the pool was a good size. There's a bit of noise from the barges on the Neckar river but it's not a problem. The site is easy to find from the main road and provided a good base from which to explore the area. Bread can be ordered for the morning. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

  Advantage:

  So very clean and tidy. Visit if you keep things clean too!

  Disadvantage:

  The only negative was a caravan 'regular' letting her dog to foul the grassed tent area. This was picked up but we know some is always left.
