This value helps you assess how reliable and trustworthy a camper is, so you can determine how much weight to place on their ratings. It’s calculated using several different components. The scale for this value runs from 0.0 to 5.0.
Camping.info designed this trustworthiness scale as a way to make it harder to abuse the rating system. It also provides readers with a rough idea as to how much weight should be given to the statements and experiences of other campers.
This trustworthiness or reliability rating is assessed according to a user’s various activities and behaviours. Influencing factors include aspects like the number of submitted ratings and their usefulness, the number of pictures uploaded and their meaningfulness as well as the completeness of their camper profile.
The higher the value (on a scale from 0.0 to 5.0), the more weight you can place on the experiences and statements of another camper. This should give you a rough idea as to how to assess the ratings by your fellow campers.

Ren og ryddig camping i flere plan. Stille og rolige omgivelser. Fine og veldig rene sanitæranlegg. Meget hyggelig vertskap. Restaurant med god mat.
Enjoyed a 5 day stay here in June 2018. Fam. Blum were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Washing facilities like an operating theatre, restaurant was excellent, pitches had plenty of space and the site was in a lovely chilled-out spot. Might be a bit steep for anyone with difficulties walking. Ground was quite hard when we went and tough tent pegs are advised if taking a tent/awning. Overall, a great site and would definitely visit again.
Stunning scenery.Very clean and tidy facilities.Great restaurant.Good level pitches.
Really nice helpful friendly people. A lovely warm welcome. Beautiful site with magnificent views. Spotless facilities and general site area. So peaceful and with easy access to the whole Schwartzwald area. Close to local shops and facilities. Wonderful local food in restaurant . Easy travel o places of interest.
Perfect campsite to explore Schwartzwald from.
A lovely peaceful site. Very friendly and helpful owners. We had a delicious meal at the site restaurant. The facilities were meticulously clean. We had a great stay.
A relaxed and friendly site. We were made very welcome.
Great location easy walk to the local train station and within easy reach of bus. Lovely clean facilities with super friendly hosts. Hosts very knowledgeable and keen to talk and give advice and help if needed. English is spoken which is very useful if you struggle a little with languages. All in all I would recommend and definitely visit again. We are looking forward to returning. Fresh bread and good value for money.
Great location, ease of using public transport and wonderful hosts. Safe secure clean and fresh site.
No disadvantages for us.
Wonderful scenic location, very helpful and friendly proprietors. The site was very clean and well maintained, and the food in the restaurant was excellant. Can't wait for our return visit.
Easy access to the train service, which was excellent.

The campsite was lovely cause they had a bar for adults and a trampoline for kids, we made some new friends also.
If you had a caravan it was very easy to use in the campsite.
If you had a big tent some of the ground is hard to nail in pegs.
sanitair cleaned every day
campsite (tent) verry neat and relaxed
owners make you feel welcome and are helpfull
the price is good and the meals are good too
the location next to the road and kinzig some traficsounds but not much
all over a verry good rating for the camping i enjoyed my time and wish i could stay longer than my week there.
all was good no complaints
Trendcamping Wolfach is at Halbmiel in the Kinzig valley. It has pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. The sanitary facilities are modern and kept spotlessly clean. There is an efficient washing and drying room. It is especially well suited for those who wish to explore the Kinzig valley.
There is no shop on site, however bread can be ordered for the following day. There is a grocery store about 1km away in Halbiel and a supermarket about 5km away in Wolfach. There is a bar / restaurant on site. The food is homemade, delicious and well priced. Top of the menu is venison casserole.
The Black Forest is ideal for those who wish to explore it by foot or by mountain bike. Walks and rides can be done directly from the campsite. The tourist information centre in Wolfach can provide leaflets for these. One feature of the Black Forest is vesperstubes - farmhouses which provide meals for visitors - and a couple of these can be walked to directly from the site. There are many more walks and vesperstubes within a few kilometers of the campsite.
When camping in the Black Forest, the local council levies a modest tourist tax, in return for which you receive a travelcard entitling you to free public transport throughout the Black Forest. The bus stop is at the end of the drive and the railway station a few hundred metres further. We found the public transport to be very reliable. Wolfach tourist information has produced a leaflet of timetables to about a dozen destinations one can use the travelcard for, some near but others quite far away, showing destination and return times. When checking in to the campsite the owner prints the travelcard and provides the timetable. I imagine the timetable may be available in advance from tourist info.
Nearby towns are beautiful. There are also some surprising tourist attractions such as the Schwarzwald Modellbahn (a huge model train set; well worth a visit) and a bear rescue park (not yet visited by us).
The campsite is family owned and run. The family are very welcoming, take huge pride in their campsite, and will gladly speak fluent English.
Friendliness; tranquility; cleanliness; location; restaurant.
Doesn't have a swimming pool or activities for kids. Which you may actually see as an advantage!
