Mattei, a 2,5 km dal centro di Vieste e si affaccia sull'incantevole e premiata spiaggia del "Castello", divenuta famosa per il suo lungo a mai affollato arenile di sabbia … finissima e per il suo mare azzurro cristallino, ideale per gli amanti del mare, del relax e delle lunghe passeggiate. Si è consolidato negli anni come punto di riferimento per coloro che desiderano una vacanza all'insegna della cortesia, pulizia, cura dei particolari ed alla organizzazione semplice ma efficace di tutti i suoi servizi grazie alla conduzione familiare diretta dai proprietari. All'interno si divide tra zona campeggio ed appartamenti ed i servizi offerti sono: bar, parcheggio, wi-fi-zone, area barbecue, lavatrici a gettoni, servizio reception, area video sorvegliata; su richiesta, guardia medica e veterinario; mentre market e ristoranti-pizzeria sono a pochi metri dal camping ed i collegamenti con il centro sono garantini dal servizio navetta del Comune.
